The Isle of Rhum from various locations
Rhum has a beautiful profile from almost any direction.
In 2009 I photographed it from the coastline between Morar and Arisaig, from the East.
From Barra it's almost the opposite direction so the profile is a mirror image,
except that Canna is in front of it (at the left hand side).
In the shots from the Outer Hebrides it's about 40 miles away.
Except for the times when you can't see very far at all in Scotland,
you can usually see a very long way (if you see what I mean).
